Admission Procedure: Secondary

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

1. The Candidate Should Have Completed 14 Years of The Year Of Admission, however This Condition Would Not Be Applicable.
Note: The Candidate Would Be Required To Submit One Of The Following Documents As A Proof Of Age:
Date Of Birth Certificate From Municipal Committee/Registrar Of Birth & Death Along With An Affidavit By The Parents/Guardian In Confirmation Of The Name And Date Of Birth Of The Candidate.

In Case Municipal Committee Record Of Date Of Birth Is Not Available And The Candidate Has Never Studied In Any Govt./ Recognised School, Then The Parents/Guardians May Give An Affidavit Confirming The Date Of Birth And Name And Parenthood Of The Candidate, Attested By The Oath Commissioner/ Notary Public.

2. School Leaving Certificate Of Govt./Recognized School Duly Countersigned By The District Education Officer Or Equivalent Rank Of The Area Concerned.

i. Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or District Office of the Registrar of Birth and Deaths for all born on or after 26.01.1989. OR

ii. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate showing applicant's date of birth, issued by the last school attended by the applicant. In case of Govt. schools the transfer certificate/school leaving certificate should be signed by the Principal while in the case of Private schools it should also be countersigned by the competent education authority of State/or District Education Officer

Fee Structure (Without Late Fee):

GENERAL CATEGORY MALE FEMALE SC/ST, EX-SERVICE MEN/HANDICAPPED EXAM FEE
(i)for 5 Subjects Rs.5000 Rs.4750 Rs.4500 Rs. 50/- per subject
(ii) for an additional Subject Rs.250 Rs.250 Rs.250 Rs. 50/- per subject

Supporting Documents required from the Exempted Categories :

CATEGORY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
(i) SC/ST candidates Copy of certificate issued by the Deputy Commissioner,Magistrate or Commissioner SC/ST duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(ii) Ex-servicemen A certificate from the Employer.
(iii) Differently-abled persons A certificate from a Govt. Hospital, and not from a private nursing home, clearly indicating nature and extent of disability.
